Beach Yoga

Come join me for a rejuvenating session of beach yoga! This 60-minute flow combines dynamic Vinyasa movements with deep stretches aimed at releasing tension and enhancing mobility.

Registration usually opens the month prior to the class. The class takes place most Saturdays at 9:00 am at Mission Beach. We typically gather north of Belmont Park. I suggest parking at the main lot near Belmont Park and strolling up the boardwalk to locate our spot.

All you need to bring is your yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you've never experienced beach yoga in San Diego, you're in for a treat—it's a truly unique experience.

  • Meet up at Free Yoga at Shell

    If you are a fan of yoga and have not been to the free Yoga offered by Fit and Viktoria, you must go.

    This is a free event offered at The Rady Shell downtown. This month they are holding the event on Saturday, April 27th at 9:30 am.

    This is not an event sponsor by me but this is one that Iove to attend. It is so wonderful get hundreds of yogis together.

Private sessions are available 1 on 1 or for groups. Please let me know if this is for a special event: birthday party, bachelorette party, etc. Sessions can be booked one off or at a discount rate for a package. Packages usually start at 4 sessions.
