If you are looking for a regular practice and long term mobility, sessions typically occur 1-2 times per week, providing consistent support and guidance along your yoga journey. Whether you prefer the serene backdrop of a beach or the tranquility of a local park, we can arrange a location that suits you best.
For our initial meeting, I like to allocate 75-90 minutes to ensure we have ample time to connect and discuss your objectives. This allows me to gain insight into your unique requirements and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals effectively. Subsequent sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration, unless otherwise specified.
