It’s Official…Launching Beach Yoga March 23rd!
Get ready to kick off the spring season with some beachside yoga bliss!
I am thrilled to announce the launch of beach yoga sessions in Mission Beach, just north of Belmont Park, starting on Saturday, March 23rd. And let's be honest, after enduring San Diego's wild winter weather—winds, rain, king tides, flooding and even a tornado—we've earned this moment of serenity and sunshine!
Join me Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10 am for an invigorating yoga flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Whether you're a local or a visitor, there's something magical about practicing yoga with the sound of waves crashing in the background and the warmth of the sun on your skin. Trust me, it's an experience you won't want to miss!
Each 60-minute session combines dynamic Vinyasa movements with deep stretches designed to release tension and improve mobility. It's the perfect way to start your weekend and connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Oh and have a little fun too!
